Tim I don't think lthe earnings can hurt the price much unless the
numbers are real bad. The price has already pulled back 30% in the
last month or so. A good part of that is probably related to the reduced
est. Then again the market never stops surprising me with the way
it reacts & over reacts to things. If a PE of 15 is used the current price
of 12 3/8 would only require earnings to come in at .82 for the year
