that was an article that i found in the Pittsburgh paper today. as for byrd, he is the godfather of the caucus. if he had willed it, billy would not have serviced impeachment. i do respect him because he believes in the sanctity of the institution and just may have given hillary a wake up call that the senate is not the WH and the rules here start with seniority. the electoral college will never be repealed and that is FACT. you would have to amend the constitution and not only get 2/3 of the senate to go along you also have to get 2/3 of the states as well. typical clinton bullshit to get the ignorant foaming at the mouth about fairness.
