Let's keep politics off this thread. Except as it directly affects the market. Looks like it will be a good day today but plenty of cheap bottom buys. I have been thinking about more WCOM, IFMX, LU, AAPL, LOR and some ELNK. The latter two selling below book value. AAPL and ELNK both have almost as much cash as their entire market cap. Most of you will buy the leaders but I'm looking for a few beaten-down dogs I can hold a few months for possible doubles. I kinow some may disagree but those stocks which aren't yet recognized as superior values are the ones I'd want for the medium term, though the leaders will pop fastest and first.
Other great values I like are ESHR, ERICY, IBM and MOT. All have had troubles lately but have been doubly punished therefore will rise doubly if they prove to be good recovery plays. This market is so beaten down that some of these stocks can double without anyone even noticing. And fast. Good luck everyone. And don't worry too much about the election. Nomatter who wins it will be over soon and it will be gridlock time. The market loves gridlock.
