I did answer the question in full, there can be no other ruling as we will see afternoon Monday.

Your question is like:
What if Cisco was sold to Bill Gates for a dollar?
A moron might go:
Well, duh, it could happen.
and even come up with a reasoning plausible maybe.
But it doesn't make any sense to even consider it because it just wouldn't happen.

We have a Supreme court that has its roots in the constitution, is guided by the constitution and rules with the constitution as a guideline and uses no other standard.

Bush won the election according to the constitution and the law of this land, he won the election according to the constitution and the laws of the State of Florida.

He was certified under those standards legally by the officials that are given the authority to do so and they discharged their duties admirably.

There is no room for stupid questions in this subject.
