I just heard it. Whereas you said: "When Colmes just pointed out to Cheri Jacobus (a republican consultant) that what she was advocating was against the present Florida law"
In fact, Colmes was stating that what Al gore did in asking for recounts was "by the law."
You claimed she'd said "So what if it's against the law," when in fact she'd replied "So what if it's BY the law."
She went on to make the argument I make so often, i.e. and I paraphrase accurately, thank-you,
"gore sought to change the rules and get advantage in counties favorable to him, and if he wanted to count all the votes, he should have asked to count all the counties, and you know that Alan...Gore knows that if you kick a dead animal it stinks, and now this is stinking to high heaven."
