I believe the overvote may be where "fraud" potential was the highest. If one thinks about it. The majority of the ballots did have presidential selections. If additional ruptures were made to create "Overvotes" it would be an area that the democrats would not want to look. The scene was set early to have the opposition disclaim the overvote problem. Could have been a very clever move.

It seems apparent that the ballot question was a red herring from the beginning. It was heavily pushed by the democrats, yet for some reason they don't want to examine the overvote. Forensic examination of those "overvotes" may very well be where the direction in which people should be might find "real irregularities" ;^)
