The Gore brief warned that even if disputed ballots are not officially recounted, journalists and scholars will eventually get to see and count them under Florida's "sunshine" law, which allows ready access to public documents. That raises the specter of unofficial vote tallies showing that a sitting president actually lost the election, the brief said.



Im not sure about you but as I recall Bush has won the election 4 times already. How many more times will he have to win it before the democrats see a clear winner?
