PFE) 43 1/2: Drug maker remains comfortable with a diluted EPS estimate of $1.01 for the yr (First Call mean $1.02) and earnings of $1.27 for 2001 (First Call mean $1.30). For 2002, sees EPS of at $1.56 or better. Expects cost synergies of $400 mln in 2000, twice the initially targeted amount, and $1.2 billion in 2001, which is larger than initially expected.
