My concerns center on China...if the Koreans can argue their market leverage with regards to the early adoption of CDMA warrant this type of royalty, I wonder what the position will be of the MII in China with respect to this position? Seems to me they may want to make the same type of argument going forward if in fact they do adopt the CDMA platform.
