Possible wild card for Gore:

I just read that the FSC had just received written arguments for the Seminole and Martin cases. If they decided to hear these cases, I think the chances are that they would force the USSC to show its real stripes once again. There's a good possibility that the two courts are now in a pissing contest. Of course the FSC will lose, but that will not stop them from showing off USSC's political activism.
