According to the Florida Election Board, it was most unfortunately that the information that was sent to the minority precincts was incorrect. In the information prior to Nov. 7, voters were instructed that they had to vote on all pages.

When voters arrived at the polls, they found a different ballot so if they had voted on all pages, it would have been an "overvote." This information was on national news last night.

This "news" didn't break last night- it was known for weeks now. But the one crucial piece of information you missed is that the erroneous "you must vote on every page" directions were given out by Democratic activists. (Mostly in Duval county) This mistake was made as part of the Democrat's record drive to turn out first time black voters. Some voters went to the polls and figured out that they shouldn't vote for two candidates, some didn't.
