I guess you didn’t read the Miami Herald. They ran different counts and probabilities on the undervote. Even with the most favorable assumption for Bush, HE LOSES FLORIDA.

Bush is one of the biggest pieces of pond scum to every run for President. And he's surrounded by even worse, i.e., Jim Baker
