How interesting is it that Scalia's son is a member of the same law firm as Ted Olson who'll be arguing on behalf of Bush? And how ironic is it that it was Scalia who wrote the affirmation of the stay order?

Geez. I always thought the principle in America was the person with the most votes wins the election; not the person with the most connections. Yes, Bush wins when it comes to connections; but he doesn't--or at least it presently seems like he doesn't--win when it comes to counting all of the votes.
