Will the Supreme Court untie this Gordian Knot? or will the knot grow tighter? That is the question. Looks like the market believes in the Supreme Court.

Gordian Knot:
1) a knot tied by Gordius,king of Phrygia, held to be capable of being untied only by the future ruler of Asia, and cut by Alexander the Great with his Sword.

2) an intricate problem; esp: a problem insoluble in it's own terms.
