I don't think the Florida Supreme Court would overturn the appeal if the USSC rules in favor of Bush. That would be blatant and a suicide career move for any Justice, similar to what both Bush and Gore are marching towards. USSC throws lightening, and sits on clouds. I don't think the Florida Supreme court has the balls to ignore USSC again. As much as I hate Scalia's approach to the situation, the whole country is going to have to eat it. I was really pissed off at both sides until Saturday, now I hate the whole system.
