Tech, You say you are 'on the sidelines'. Do you mean you are long and waiting? BTW, the company did issue some kind of statement on Friday in referance to their 'conservative bookeeping', versus the charge they had bookeeping issues. Didn't help the stock but at least that is one less thing to be concerned about. You make good points on the irrationality of the way stocks trade. Thanks! Steve D.
