Yes, Sandy should be peeved, since the Stupes went ahead on their frolic and detour without explaining to the Varsity what their "reasoning" was earlier.

But I'm also peeved that Katherine Harris didn't take up the Supreme Court's vacating order (and remand) to certify the earlier, higher numbers for GWB. That would have forced the Stupes' hand even earlier than the appeal of the Sauls' decision.

What's the matter with these folks, don't they read this SI SD board every day? How else are they gonna know what to do?
