I agree that the FSC made the wrong ruling. But I also don't believe the USSC should have any say in what should be a state matter. Yes, I know, we are deciding the president of the whole U.S., not the governor of a single state, but then again, the idea of the electoral system is that it's up to each state to designate the electors, not the USSC.

I believe the outcome will be good (Bush getting into office, stubborn Gore finally conceding), but how we got there won't the best way in my opinion.
