UPDATE: Manual recount looks likely, IMHO. Boeies did extremely well. The question is how a standard will be established. The Supreme Court seems to think a standard is definitely necessary. Most of us agree. That is the remaining question they have to come to grips with.

If they can, we get a recount. If we get a recount and the standard is a hanging chad or write-in name only, Bush will still likely win.

For those of you investing in the market:
If Bush wins with a recount, the market will really love it. If Gore wins, then it may not, at least right away. If there is not a recount and Bush wins, it also still likes it (at least for the time being) but not as much as the first scenario.
