Elmer, Listening to the arguments, Ginsburg seems to be operating in her own orbit. Besides her, I think Stevens and Bryer sounded like leaning to Gore, Souter seems to be in the middle, and the rest seemed to be favoring overturning the FL SC decision. Joe
