GZ; I'm listening to the arguments and questions of the
S.C. and so far I have a hard time believing they are so stupid. But the fact is they are either stupid or the
Judges are trying to evade the issue, and pass the buck.
----------
The first Bush Lawyer argued that the machine counts were
at least objective.
That's wrong but he was not challenged with any question
The only way a machine count could be "objective" is if
it was programmed to tabulate the amount of "rejected votes"
in each county then assign them on a pro-rated basis via the percentage of the counted ones in that same county.
----------
Even this type of objectivity would not deal with
the Butter Fly votes ( over votes ) unless all the over
votes due to the butterfly fiasco were assigned
on a percentages base to the between the Two candidates
that "were within the butter fly" via the percentages
that those candidates received of counted votes
in that county.
-----------
That would be Objectivity
I would prefer to see it re-voted, as a problem
is that no matter who wins the way this thing is going
if any thing goes wrong during the next 4 years
all of this will come back with a vengeance.
