The ONLY reason there will NOT be a recount is if the Supreme Court cannot figure out how to establish a standard or if they thought there wasn't enough time (but the latter would be an unfortunate decision).

If they can't, it's over, but it seems like everyone thought a hanging chad was definitely indicative of voter intent.
