OUCH! Better not spread that ugly message that the Supreme Court is primarily a political body. Be careful, you are treading on ugly and dangerous ground! Many of us are already afraid that the U.S. Supreme Court is just that and that will be a very ugly legacy for them and maybe make it difficult for them to have future decisions taken seriously. For a court to be a parisan body, as you are saying, is incredibly ugly. If you can't see that, that scares me. Think that's just my opinion? CNBC is just discussing that!
