Precisely. We've been over this a number of times on the ATHM board, just following the T acquisition of TCI. Not only are the MSOs attempting to do (and succeeding very nicely in some areas) what the ILECs do wrt voice services, but the ILECs are also crossing over into vod, for example, with their dsl's [blockbuster], wireless and satellite based services to give the MSOs' STB-based services a run for their money. And both are racing each other to the finish line when it comes to 'Net access. And both have protected pole rights, rights of way, and their own state and federal commissioners on their side.
