What do you think of the pronouncement today by Sam Donaldson that it doesn't matter whether the election is decided by a manner that is legal, only that it is "fair"? Also, as I feared, I am increasingly seeing the USSC described in partisan terms, as in "the Republican dominated Supreme Court". I listened to pieces of the oral argument, and to my untrained ear it sounds they they are searching for some way to end this without it being seen as a partisan decision. I have no idea at all what to expect, but I guess I hope they are creative if they are going to do anything at all. Carl
