The court rulings will establish what is fair. The ballots can only fuel speculation, which is why they should not be used in the first place. They will settle nothing. There is no justice in counting votes by conjecture, especially when this is not the only close state. The integrity of the process is destroyed by selective recounts under murky standards, and even with the introduction of a state wide recount, they are counting only "undervotes", and nothing outside of Florida.The sanctity of the ballot is mocked by all of the handling and guessing at voter intent. It is merely a version of vote tampering. No future counting will make it any better, and can only lead to mischief. Burn them.
