<<<<10,000 square foot house... Pretty big house eh? Yep, four times the size of mine. There's one down the street, but they are nice people so I don't mention heating bills. You know, these higher heating bills are going to amount to a size that will be equal to a major change in government tax rates. I mean, people (some people) howl over paying an extra $100 a year on each $100,000 worth of property to support better schools. What about when they are hit with an extra $500 or more in heating bills for the same $100,000 worth of property? And electric bills will go up, too. Stagflation here we come!
