The court rulings will establish what is fair. The ballots can only fuel speculation, which is why they should not be used in the first place.......... Hope you didn't mean that the way it sounds. If ballots should not be used, why do we even bother to vote? This raises another question: How can the law or a law determine who the people wished to win? The court ruling, hopefully, will be fair and just but it will be a ruling of law. The ruling will show who 'won' the legal battle but not, literally, who won the election.
