Out of the 40 some thousand posts I have read on this thread the one I am responding to is one of the very best. That was clearly written by someone that is much more knowledgeable about the things going on than the rest of us. Was it you?

I'd like to ask you a couple of questions if I may. Why do they make that poor old Clarence Thomas attend all of these boring hearings? Couldn't a law be passed that would allow Scalia to just vote twice?
