OAKT, PCs, and CD-RW Drives

I think you'll agree that the vast majority of CD-RW drives sold are upgrades or additions to existing PCs. It is not very common yet to see them sold with the original PC unless it is a custom configured system. My point was not that PC sales trends are irrelevant to OAKT, but just that sales of add-on peripherals like printers and CD-RW drives are not directly tied to new PC sales in the same way that CPUs, memory (to a large extent) and motherboards are.
