i'm not 100% sure...saw on the ticker that it's recovering, apparently on their CFO denying the rumors that are floating about. here's what he said:

SUNW CFO responds to reports

Sun Microsystems (SUNW: news, msgs) chief financial officer issued a statement in defense of the company following a brutal couple of days. According to a statement from CFO Michael Lehman, rumors that Sun has experienced accounting irregularities or revenue recognition problems “have no basis in fact and are false.” Sun shares were hammered throughout the regular session, closing down $4.94, or 13 percent, to $34. On Friday, shares lost more than 9 percent.
