seriously, imo the issue is more complex than this, at least that's the sense i get from the hearings. a salomonic ruling would probably involve a state-wide recount, as opposed to just the selective recount of heavily democratic leaning counties that is being proposed by Robot's camp. applying different standards from county to county to boot...
