"Audio Output Failed"

This error message may occur if you are playing a sound file (such as an audio CD) while trying to connect to Firetalk. To fix the problem, disable the “connected” sound event. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Tools menu and click Options.
2. Click the Sounds tab.
3. Select the Connected sound in the Sounds window and click the Disable button.
4. Click the Apply button then click OK.
5. Exit and re-launch Firetalk.
