that is news to me...all i ever heard them talk about were Miami Dade and Broward...in any case, i just checked the biographies of the Fla. Supreme Court justices. all of them have been appointed by democratic governors, and all have a history of liberal activism. so it's not a big surprise that they keep ruling in favor of Robot.
in the process ( and the Supreme Court seems to have taken issue with this today) they are trying to 'usurp
executive power' to quote Richard Epstein from the University of Chicago.
