I think there will be a recount but it will be with such standards that Gore will not have a chance of winning. For instance, one thing I think will happen if the recount does go forward is that the Broward county hand count will be thrown out (along with Palm Beach and Volusia to make it look better). I think Kennedy and/or O'Connor will vote for Gore to swing it 5/4 or 6/3 for Gore. It won't make any difference in the final outcome though as their vote for Gore will be more to give the election of Bush a little more of an air of legitimacy than to find out who got the most votes.
