Hi Scott,

they fascinate me. They wouldn't dare buy when the good stocks wee 20% cheaper even with the Obvious Psychological Dynamics staring them in the face but they'll buy when the market is up 40% and then wonder why their funds are down for the year. Like I said last week, IF YOU DON'T BUY THIS MARKET, YOU DON'T BUY ANY.
