Sierra, I think he's implying the unsophisicated retail money is pulling out of PVO & other jrs. (the people that always buy and sell at the wrong times). Expects the sophisticated money to move in and pick up lots of bargains. Expect a great year in 1998!! I think I read somewhere that the odds against a junior finding a good mineable resource are 40 to 1 so I have nothing but faith in PVO to give it their best shot. I'm also picking up others at bargain basement prices to improve my odds. Good luck.
