In his defense I would like to comment that those CC turbines, like the 65+% GE turbines, are quite new. There aren't many of them out there, YET.

Florida Supreme Court finally answered the remand. They answered the issue of their jurisdiction but in the process created a new one about violation of the US Constitution.

One couldn't make this stuff up even with the help of hallucinogenics!
