Fred,

I have seen you did not add the seventh gorilla characteristic (compelling customer problem to be solved or compelling reason to buy). In my opinion, this criteria is a mixture of an existing GAP and the possible tornado market characteristic. And the GAP is not present in the six criterias.

After you were asking - I would not mind to add it. But maybe we should leave it up to UF, who compiled the list.
