Sadly I must agree with you. Companies care more about profits than the health of their workers, neighbors, and the planet. People think they can just "move away" from the problems they created or allowed to be created. Not anymore. Now when you move from your problems you are moving to problems someone else created, problems you might not even be aware of for many years (when it may be too late). Soon the Space Station will be the only place left to move to ;o) The heck with the US problems. I think our industry is fairly clean. It's countries like China I'm worried about. Anyone been there? Know how many of those 1 billion plus folks heat their "homes"? By burning coal or wood! Look at Shanghai. For their recent celebration they had to shut down their industrial plants for days beforehand so folks could SEE the celebration. Does anyone honestly believe that that air somehow gets "cleaned" before it gets here?
