The rules are different. What you say would is moot now. What do you think of the rules that the Palm Beach board used in the recount ending on Nov 26th? I think they were way over restrictive. I also think that Judge Barton who is head of the board in PB county isn't really a democrat even if he is registered as such. He was appointed by a republican and his views align him with the republicans. He hasn't been outspoken in the republican cause like most all other republicans have but at the same time he has never taken a side with the democrats. I just wonder how in the hell he was able to change Roberts and LePore's minds and get them to agree with the standards they finally accepted.
