i view it as bearish, although he based his comments on the rational consideration that deeply oversold market do bounce now and then. the problem is, he's not alone with his call, but shares it with EVERY SINGLE strategist on WS....if there is one that is bearish, i haven't heard about him/her.

if Biggs were one of only a few voices, i'd take his call more seriously...but he has joined the choir so to speak.

when the song and dance has changed to 'who knows where the bottom is', the bottom will really be close...
