Jim, You guys (The Three Stooges - Jim, Elmer, and Joe) believe in strict adherence to the law, except when it hurts Bush. 1. The 1 week deadline is absolute. 2. Absentee ballots do not need to follow the law, because they help Bush. 3. Legal recounts in Democratic Counties are not allowed because they help Gore. 4.
