NEWS BRIEF (posted 12/11/00) "Arete Outdoors Delivers RUSHs to Copper Mountain" Boulder, Colorado. Arete Outdoors has delivered the initial order of RUSH Downhillers to Copper Mountain for use in their rental programs. Copper personnel are currently riding and evaluating the units to gain experience with the new sport of "Downhilling." The RUSHs will be made available to the general public within the next few weeks, after the resort has developed safety, insurance, and training guidelines for their use. While this is happening, Five RUSHs are on public display in Copper's brand new Adventure Center! The Adventure Center is located in the base of the new Copper One Lodge, just a stone's throw from the American Eagle Lift. This premium position ensures that the RUSH is getting wide exposure at the resort. Keep an eye on this site for the RUSH opening date at Copper. We'll be sure to post the date as soon as we get it from Copper.
