Soliciting opinions:

Just cranked up computer to see that we're sitting @ $.11 - down 30+%
this a.m.
11 trades/44,400 shares looks like all SELLS (for a change).
Average of 4K shares/trade, around $500. No big sellers.

Question - Can we/Should we mount some sort of shareholder campaign?
Options (prefaced by the fact that I don't know what I'm talking about -
that's why I'm asking):
A. All shareholders reading this board call broker Monday a.m. to demand
delivery of shares.
B. All call/write/e-mail MM's (names are listed somewhere on recent post)
C. All call/write/e-mail MM's governing body (also listed previously, I think)
D. All call/write/e-mail Neville @ IMMM, re: some sort of status report; also,
what has management done to back up their last press release
<<The company is arranging support within the retail brokerage community in
an attempt to slow the short-selling attack on IMMM stock. Under the
advice of specialists it is considering a number of actions to force
the short sellers to cover their stock positions.>>
E. Some or all of the above.
F. Shut up & wait.

If we are convinced that, upon a favorable press release from UPR, IMMM
zooms to $1.00, $4.00, $8.00 unencumbered, then F. is the best alternative.

From what I've seen, & definitely IMHO, MM's somehow or another have shown
the strength & will to keep this stock price prohibitively lower than
the market has called for. I realize this sounds contradictory in light
of today's selling, but we've seen days where 50K, 100K & 200K buys
didn't budge the price. My last post (I think) showed that ASK price actually
dropped from $.24 to $.21 amidst 100% BUYING. Yet 44.4K of SELLS knocks
over 30% of the wind out of our sails.

I am ready and willing to be a part of the whole. Unfortunately for me &
my ego, Neville has opted not to return my calls. I'll be more than happy
to take delivery of my shares, if others are willing to do likewise, and
if this in fact makes a difference.

Opinions/discussion welcomed, on this board or E-mail me (DW85@aol.com).
Silence will also serve as an adequate answer.

Hope all have a good weekend,
David
