Hmmmm, I believe it was a cop from, I think it was Dade County, who testified to the effect he did this, in the Sauls trial. I know the witness list was whittled down, but if the Cop who testified represents no others in the county- only himself- then, well, how many people voted in Dade county?

Huh, you get my point. What I can't figure is why this should be considered so unusual...or more unusual at all than folks so unaware that they meant to vote but didn't punch through? With exit polls showing so darn many purposeful no votes for president, why should I assume only one in a million would tap on a chad before deciding not to vote? Anyone who thinks he knows the rarity of this just might be a .... .
