Aren't you the guy that completely mis-represented the comment of the Republican gal on the tube last night? What do you mean change my tune? I recall being pleased, very pleased with the FSC ruling. Until I found out it still included unfair counting advantages accruing to Gore. Got a problem with that? Yeah, I always did say that...here's a comment from Nov. 13th "It is essentially fair either stopping at a full machine re-count or going on to a full state hand-count, only." Message 14802589 Of course, with the election this close and the FSC ordering Dade County to include the 20% full count while only representing the rest of the county with an undervote count...we just don't have fair yet. I trust you don't mind if I have a problem with the way Broward counted. Dan B
