When I read your response about the rural locales, I thought that it was either a very timely coincidence or that you were reading the thread backwards.

I think that along with the MDUs, those greenfield rural areas where you can break out the ditch witch without inconveniencing too many people, will be the early adopters.

Hell, I am in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles) and can't even get DSL or data services from the cable co. I figure that I'll get FTTH sooner if I move out to Death Valley.
