Maybe because they can't understand the CEO on conference call. But more likely just because the brokerage houses want to buy some shares for their own inventory. After they have "stocked up" so to speak, they will upgrade the ratings. These guys are about one micro-mill above a lawyer on the ethics scale. Need I say more? When this thing starts up, hang on to your hats. Just look at SNDK. I can't believe the PE (21)on SSTI. Is there something I am missing? Steve 667
