It wouldn't have happened if you, the local folks, didn't have out of control state supreme court. By corrolary - if USSC gets involved then state SC is out of control????????? And who controls the out-of-control USSC?????? They have no right to interfere in state affairs. Now that we have ceded one more function pretty soon there will be no more rights left with the state and uncle sam will make all your decisions for you.
